Max Businesses Sharing Your Side

Locally Owned

Run by Neighbors, Not a Franchise

Curb Appeal Mail postcard design, sized 9 by 12 inches, featuring a lineup of local businesses in labeled category spots

One postcard. Every mailbox. No competitors on the same postcard.

We design a large, glossy 9x12 postcard featuring a curated lineup of local businesses and mail it directly to every home on routes where your customers live. Each card holds a limited number of spots. Once your category is claimed, that's it — no other business in your category appears on the same card, for as long as you stay on.

It works whether you're a home service pro, a restaurant, a wedding vendor, a children's service, or anything in between. If you sell to local households, there's a spot for you.

A mailbox always gets opened.

Direct mail doesn't get lost in a spam folder or scrolled past in a feed. An oversized, glossy postcard stands out from bills and coupon clutter — and it's the kind of thing that ends up on a fridge, not in a recycling bin.

Real Local Reach

Every card mails to real addresses on real routes — the same neighborhoods you're trying to win business in, delivered via USPS.

Category Exclusivity

You're never sharing space with a direct competitor. Your ad is the only one from your category on the entire mailing.

A Fraction of the Cost

Splitting the card across multiple local businesses means you get full-run reach for a small piece of what a solo mailing would cost.

Nothing to Manage

Design, printing, bundling, and postal paperwork are handled from start to finish. You approve a proof of your spot — that's the extent of the lift on your end.

Built for Repeat Exposure

Consistent, recognizable placement builds the kind of trust a one-off ad never will. Being the familiar name in the mailbox, month after month, is worth more than being a stranger's first impression.

Your questions, answered.

What is Curb Appeal Mail?

A shared, oversized postcard featuring a handful of local businesses, mailed directly to every home on our selected routes. Each business gets its own spot, and only one business per category appears on the card.

Will my competitors be on the card?

No. We allow one business per category — for example, one plumber, one Italian restaurant, one wedding florist — so your ad never shows up on the same postcard with a direct competitor.

What does a spot cost?

A single spot on our current Falls Church route that reaches over 9,700 households is $775, which is about $0.08 per household delivered to. If you want more space, you can book a double spot for $1,450 — about $0.15 per household, a $100 discount compared to booking two single spots. Curious about other routes, delivery numbers, and postcard sizes? Let us know the neighborhoods you're interested in reaching and your budget range. We can let you know what else we have coming up that will be a great fit for you.

How does the mailing actually reach homes?

We use USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), which delivers to every address on the carrier routes we select — full neighborhood coverage, no mailing list required.

Do you design my ad?

Yes. Design is included in every spot. We create your ad, send a proof, and make revisions before anything goes to print.

How long is my spot mine?

Once you're on the card, your category is yours for as long as you want to stay. You'd only lose it if you choose to opt out of being on the card.

Can I get a bigger ad?

Yes. Double spots are available where space allows, at a discounted combined rate ($1,450 for our current Falls Church route delivering to over 9,700 households — a $100 discount compared to two single spots).

Is this a one-time mailing or ongoing?

Cards go out on a recurring monthly schedule. Staying on for multiple runs is what builds the repeat visibility that makes direct mail work.

Do you offer anything besides the postcard?

Yes. Business cards, door hangers, magnets, flyers, solo mailers, and digital ad design are all available — ask us about anything you need designed, whether you're on the postcard or not.

Ready to land in the mailboxes of the exact customers you're trying to reach?

Spots are limited and go first come, first served. Reserve yours before a competitor in your category does.

Tell us your business and your neighborhood. We'll follow up with pricing, availability, and a look at where your spot would land.
